民國96年　與中普氣體合作成功外銷SiH4膜片式壓縮機至中普氣體 韓國公司。
Cooprated with Praxair Chemax Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd on export Diaphragm Compressor of SiH4 to their Korean branches

民國98年　成立南通分公司


民國98年 開發高效能乾燥機，並取得專利
民國98年 中國石油公司無油壓縮機維修工程

民國101年 開發膜片式壓縮機，並取得認證

民國102年 膜片式壓縮機取得大陸專利認證

民國104年 隔膜壓縮機之泵油結構以及隔膜壓縮機，取得專利認證
民國104年 參與能專模組現場型移動式甲醇製氫加氫站開發計畫
